Alexandra has over twenty years of experience in crisis and reputation management. She works with entrepreneurs, Boards, CEOs and senior leaders across multi-sectors including media, healthcare and professional services on improving performance, inter-personal and stakeholder relationships, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. Alexandra’s coaching is based on her experience working with leaders and teams making decisions under intense professional and personal scrutiny. She is an accredited mediator and executive coach and is a valued member of the Meyler Campbell faculty, the premier provider of training for business coaches in the UK.
Prior to establishing herself as a fulltime coach and leadership adviser, Alexandra was a Board Director at Regester Larkin (now owned by Deloitte) where she advised international organisations in highly regulated industries (healthcare, energy and professional services) on complex issues and crisis management.
She combines her expertise in emotional intelligence, communication and conflict management to coach and advise senior leaders on understanding how their style and behaviour positively and negatively impacts their environment and performance. She is particularly experienced in working with leaders who are looking to develop their management style, to appeal to an increasingly diverse group of stakeholders.
Alexandra is also very comfortable coaching around the complexity and challenges associated with behaviour and people management. She enables her clients to become more effective, motivating and unifying leaders, through developing resolution strategies and behavioural development coaching.
