
Elspeth Renshaw
Elspeth is a global leadership advisor, executive coach and management consultant.
She started her career as a member of the Australian diplomatic service and served as Australian Vice-Consul to the United States.
Throughout her subsequent career in Financial Services, she has been recognised as a leadership expert, supporting leaders and organisations through periods of change, transition and growth. Elspeth is a highly effective senior executive level coach and particularly impactful on diversity issues. She is currently a member of the Advisory council to The Women’s Foundation and the 30% Club.
Elspeth has been in Asia for over 20 years, during which time she led HR initiatives in support of business strategies. She was part of the Black Rock acquisition of BGI (Barclays Global Investors). Previously, she was the international HRD for Citadel Investment Group and helped manage their extensive expansion into Asia.
Elspeth is a thought leader on Global issues around gender, leadership effectiveness, organisational culture and talent development. Her clients range from large complex international Banks and Asset management firms, through to start-ups. She brings a very engaging coaching style, focusing on rapid behavioural modification, effective transitions and succession, and turnaround interventions.
