
Ken Hames MBE
Ken is a leadership and team development expert. Over many years he has adapted his unique experiences and expertise into highly effective and impactful leadership coaching.
Ken has held senior leadership roles throughout his career and has a vast knowledge and understanding of how to motivate and develop individuals and teams towards high performance.
Having led the UK’s anti-terrorist unit, as an officer in the Special Air Service (SAS), Ken has subsequently devoted his career to coaching and supporting people across a variety of social and commercial areas.
Now, Ken is a highly renowned business and motivational speaker and executive coach, drawing on his military background in the Special Forces and also on his rich and diverse coaching career.
Ken’s open and engaging style enables him to connect with people and encourages both individual and organisational transformation and development. Given his depth of knowledge, Ken has created and hosted a number of adventure programmes for the BBC, Channel 4, Five, CBBC, Sky and the Discovery Channel. Including his ground breaking series – ‘Beyond Boundaries’ which saw him lead people of disability across the jungles of Nicaragua, the deserts of Namibia and the Andes in Ecuador.
These experiences have enabled Ken to develop a highly adaptive and experiential style of executive coaching with senior business leaders and leadership teams.
