
Lizzie Cho
Lizzie’s coaching practice is informed by her experience as a leader in the charity sector, academic knowledge (linguistics, pedagogy, psychology & neuroscience) and broader experience – from having lived and worked in seven countries, to delivering high potential programmes within the corporate space. Lizzie works in creative thinking partnerships that lead to overcoming obstacles and achieving success.
Lizzie has 14 years of experience in an evolving leadership role and 7 years’ experience on Boards that have encompassed managing multiple projects and team members and providing leadership and strategic vision across organizations, generating income and overseeing complex merger processes. Throughout her career Lizzie has worked cross-sector with talented teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds ensuring people and organizations achieve their potential.
With an emphasis on developing the emotional competence and effectiveness of individuals, teams and organizations Lizzie has managed the multifaceted and commercial realities of a business with the compassion and empathy of the purpose driven environment. Having successfully developed a number of organizations, Lizzie moved towards a portfolio career encompassing leadership, coaching and consultancy. After training at the prestigious Meyler Campbell coaching company, over the past 5 years she has been coaching leaders, entrepreneurs and senior executives across pharmaceutical, media, civil service, finance and purpose-driven sectors.
Lizzie has special interest in Diversity and Inclusion on which she is published and has presented at conference. Further specialisms lie in emotional intelligence, neuroscience and resilience – and Lizzie presents on this as Faculty Member at The AllBright Academy.
