Nancy Garrison Jenn is an executive coach, mentor, and expert advisor on the global executive search profession. She helps leaders to excel and to leverage their strengths especially in dynamic fast growth, complex and challenging cultures and also to transition successfully to portfolio careers.

She is an expert advisor on headhunters to Baincapital and other private equity clients (including APAX, Hellman & Friedman, Living Bridge, SVP Global, Suncapital,) and also to sovereign wealth funds and family offices on the selection of search firms worldwide.  She is on the board of careerpoint.com, a career acceleration programme for young professionals and coaches EMBA students at Oxford Said and HEC. She has written 10 books on the executive search profession and is a trusted advisor on headhunters.

Nancy has worked extensively in emerging markets and spent 20 years in consumer marketing holding senior management roles with Gillette, Revlon, Atari (Warner Comm) and LVMH with subsidiary responsibility in Brazil and South Africa. She does coaching work internationally – coaching and mentoring senior and high potential clients in the USA and in Brazil, Africa, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
