
Rob McDavitt
Rob is passionate about leadership. He has spent his career coaching and developing leaders in global companies, and now in an advisory capacity works with senior leaders across different industry sectors to optimise performance.
Before joining Pelham Street, Rob worked for 14 years at Apple, most recently as a Senior Faculty member for Apple University, teaching and educating the current and next generation of global leaders. As Head of Talent, he designed and launched Apple’s Global Talent Development strategy, enabling the diverse businesses in Apple to empower their people to do their life’s best work. Prior to this, Rob was the Head of HR for Global Sales working with Tim Cook who at the time was Head of Sales and Operations.
Rob was one of the leaders who helped Apple on their journey to realise their value of inclusion and diversity, by building a global talent strategy that enabled people to be their best selves and by running education programs to teach Inclusive Leadership to all levels in the organisation, including the Executive Team.
Before joining Apple, Rob was the Vice President of HR for Expedia Europe. Rob worked with the Leadership team to help grow Expedia Europe from a small Microsoft born start up, to one of the world’s leading travel companies.
Rob has always worked and led global teams and travelled to over 60 countries. He enjoys immersing himself into different cultures in both work and life. He currently lives in the English countryside with his husband, 2 dogs, 3 cats and about 300,000 bees.
