Rupert Jones CBE

Rupert draws on over 30-years of leadership experience; leading and empowering diverse teams, large and small, in the most complex and challenging environments.

In addition to extensive senior operational experience, Rupert held a number of senior executive appointments within UK Defence. He played a leading role in the Government’s Defence Reform Review and served as the Army’s de facto Chief Operating Officer. Rupert was a member of the British Army’s Executive Board; and served as their Director of Communications.

As a trusted leadership advisor and coach, Rupert offers hard-won perspectives on transformation, strategy, organisation, culture and decision making under pressure.
