
Sascha Proudlove
Sascha transitioned to executive coaching after a career spanning 16 years in the financial services industry. She began her career at Marsh Inc. in New York, where she worked in the Private Equity and M&A Services Group, providing risk analysis and insurance advisory services on key transactions.
After earning her MBA at Columbia Business School, Sascha moved to London where she worked for the largest Global alternative investment firm, Blackstone. At Blackstone, she worked in the Hedge Fund Solutions Group, where she was the primary point of contact managing 50 institutional relationships. During this period, she gained considerable experience in business development, helping raise over US$4bn. She also worked on Blackstone’s European Marketing Team during the fundraising process for the firm’s sixth flagship private equity fund, BCP VI.
Sascha harnesses her commercial experience and considerable coaching experience, to support her clients, helping them with their performance and developing strategies towards success. She has worked with senior executives across a variety of sectors including banking, asset management, law, pharmaceutical, consumer products, executive search, media, entertainment, and non-profit organisations.
Sascha is based in New York.
