
Simon Vaughan-Edwards
Simon brings over 20 years of executive consultancy, career transition and executive search experience to Pelham Street.
He typically supports senior executives through transitional periods, utilising his considerable human capital experience to act as an advisor and thinking partner. His coaching interventions offer clients strategic perspective and considerable practical support; helping prepare, navigate and develop themselves and build effective strategies.
Throughout his career Simon has been heavily involved in human capital selection, development and strategy. He has developed significant expertise in career transition and succession planning. His experience and structured approach builds confidence, delivers direction and active planning.
Simon works globally and across sectors, supporting senior executives between roles such as, after or during transformation, during repatriation or relocation, or clients looking to make significant career choices or decisions.
Simon serves as a mentor for senior officers leaving the military as part of an initiative called the Career Transition Partnership and is also an active Trustee for ‘Restart’, the charity for Rugby Players Association.
