Anna-Lisa brings over a decade of experience across client operations, service delivery, and relationship management in finance, education, and professional services. She began her career in Australia, leading education programmes and building strong partnerships with stakeholders and communities.
After relocating to London, she moved into client-facing Accounts and Finance roles at Nigel Burgess Limited and Edmiston & Company, where she managed complex relationships and focused on improving financial systems, processes, and overall client experience.
Anna is Pelham Street's Operations Manager.
