Mary brings 30 years of experience spanning corporate leadership roles in Japan, Switzerland and the UK, executive consulting with Hewitt Associates (now Aon), and co-founding a research-led consultancy with an INSEAD professor. She has led large-scale transformation programmes, redesigned operating models and supported mergers and organisational change, working directly with executive teams facing growth, complexity and shifting stakeholder demands. Clients value her ability to connect strategy, culture, leadership and behaviour, helping them challenge assumptions and find practical ways forward.
A self-described global nomad, Mary recently spent two years sailing around the world.
